Online Courses 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all online courses. If you are not completely satisfied with your course within 14 days of enrollment and have completed less than 25% of the course content, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please email custerv@simplycaribbeanfoods.com within 14 days of your enrollment date with your order details and reason for the request.

Refunds will not be issued after 14 days of enrollment, or if more than 25% of the course has been completed, or if course materials have been substantially downloaded.

Live Cooking Classes

Live class bookings are non-refundable once the class has taken place. If you need to cancel before the class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at info@simplycaribbeanfoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future class where possible.

Physical Products

For physical products including dry baking mixes and baked goods, please contact us at info@simplycaribbeanfoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your product. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads including recipe guides and eBooks are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
